Under Construction was engaged by the Ministry of Education and Oratoha Primary School to renovate and extend the existing staff room, creating a more functional and welcoming space for school personnel.
Located in the rural Orautoha Valley, 16km north-west of Raetihi, the project required a thoughtful approach to design, logistics, and construction in a remote setting. The upgraded space provides improved amenities and comfort for staff, reflecting the school’s commitment to supporting its educators.
