Under Construction was engaged to enhance an existing state home in Mangateitei by adding a roof extension over the deck, transforming it into a usable outdoor living area year-round. The new roof was carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the original structure and features integrated skylights that maximise natural light during the day.
A built-in heater adds comfort on cooler evenings, allowing the family to enjoy the space in all seasons. The result is a warm, practical, and inviting area that extends the home’s living space while maintaining architectural harmony.
