What happens during the first meeting?
We will discuss where you are at with your building journey, discuss expectations and begin to plan.

We can explain and navigate the consent process and help to provide clear understanding of what the way forward will look like.
How does pricing work?
Once your design is signed off, we will provide you with a contract that includes a programme detailing and outlining everything included and agreed upon in your upcoming project. We will provide you with documents tailored specifically to your plans to ensure every detail of the build is chosen and we are on the same page moving forward. We are members of Registered Master Builders so your contract will come backed by the 10 year Master Builders guarantee.
