Late in 2023 Under Construction was contacted by Doppelmayer NZ to start the discussions about the huge task of building and co-project managing four buildings to house the Machinery and Hardware necessary to run the two lower lifts on Tūroa, for the newly Minted Pure Tūroa Company.
The elements made this an even bigger undertaking than originally thought – commercial work is an entirely different playing field in regards to construction, although we have completed several small/medium commercial jobs over the years, the environment the team was required to work in had many challenges- we were absolutely stoked with the team that brought this job to life- what a challenge!
